Class Guidelines:Classes are conducted on a weekly frequency (3 classes/week) & fees monthly

• Mobile phones to be switched off during classes.
• Timing adherence – we request all students to be on time
• Schedule to adherence – we request all students to ensure they check all/ any changes to schedule on a regular basis and align their timings as relevant.
• Request to parents to refrain from having conversation during classes.

Dress Code

Comfortable clothing – please check with faculty during enrolment.

Fee Structure:

Fee Requirements

All classes need to be paid in full within one week of the start of the month - or will incur late payment fees.

Cancellations/ Exceptional Circumstances:

• If a student misses a lesson - There would be no extra classes and reimbursement.
• If there is a cancellation of a class - Extra classes would be held and prior notice provided.
• Students not attending the annual festivals will incur a penalty of 2 classes (where they are required to attend the class without classes being taken for them)
• Under exceptional circumstances of prolonged absence – a student may receive discounts in the below scenarios:
  
  • When absent >3 months, they will incur a one off re-admission fee without any late payment fees.
