1. The above mentioned student (or, where the student is below 18 years of age, the parent or natural guardian), hereby confirms that the student has been advised by a competent medical examiner that he/she is medically, mentally and physically fit to participate in the dance classes/shows/events organised by vasundharadoraswamy.com hereinafter referred to as the "VD" and he/she has no physical or mental conditions that may affect his/her ability to do so.
2. It is expressly understood by the student and/or student's parent/s and/or guardian, as the case may be (hereinafter referred to as the "student" for the sake of convenience), that is not compulsory to participate in the dance classes/shows/events organised by VD. The student expressly confirms and states to vasundharadoraswamy.com that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate and/or perform out of his/her own freewill and not under any kind of pressure from vasundharadoraswamy.com, its representatives, instructors or employees, or anyone whatsoever to do so.
3. The student understands, acknowledges and accepts that participation in the dance classes/shows/events organised by VD, is a strenuous physical activity and may involve risk of accident, injury to the student's person or property or loss of life. In case of any accident, injury, loss of life or harm of any nature to any student or students parent, guardian, relative or friend at or around the class or show venue the student expressly agrees and acknowledges that vasundharadoraswamy.com shall not be responsible and/or liable for the loss, injury, loss of life, harm or damage caused and the student shall further be liable to vasundharadoraswamy.com for all loss and/or damage suffered by vasundharadoraswamy.com and/or its representatives, instructors, employees, etc. virtue thereof.
4. Notwithstanding the above, in event of any injury or other medical conditions that the student may experience during any of the classes or shows, the student authorizes vasundharadoraswamy.com to administer or procure the administration of medical treatment as deemed fit by qualified medical personnel if he/she is not able to act on his/her behalf and agrees not to make any claim against vasundharadoraswamy.com and/or such medical practitioners, whether for negligence and/or malpractice or otherwise. The student further agrees and acknowledges that he/she will be exclusively liable and responsible for all costs, expenses and claims resulting from such medical attention provided, and shall reimburse to vasundharadoraswamy.com any sums expended by it in this regard.
5. The student shall further indemnify vasundharadoraswamy.com in respect of any claims, demands, losses or decrees, orders or awards that may be made against vasundharadoraswamy.com and/or its representatives, instructors, employees, etc. in this regard. The student shall further indemnify vasundharadoraswamy.com for all loses, damages and injury caused, resulting from or in any way attribute to any illness, accident, injury or any of the members of vasundharadoraswamy.com occasioned by any act or omission of the student.
6. Vasundharadoraswamy.com reserves the right to reject the participation of the student in any classes and/or shows or reasons of inability/behaviour endangering the safety/welfare of himself/herself and/or others. No refund will be made to the student on account of such rejection or the student's own inability to so participate therein.
7. Vasundharadoraswamy.com's workshop and vasundharadoraswamy.com's annual performances will be covered by the media. Your enrolment for the workshop confirms that you have no objection to the same and will co-operate with vasundharadoraswamy.com for all such publicity, television and media coverage.
8. A refund or credit will be given only if vasundharadoraswamy.com cancels the classes for any reason. Credit note will be given for medical reasons only. Refunds / credit notes are effective from the date the school is notified. The credit note will be mailed to the customer. There will be no refund or credit note issued under any other circumstances.
9. Vasundharadoraswamy.com reserves the right to cancel a dance class due to insufficient enrolment. Such decisions will be made at least one week before the scheduled course date. Every effort will be made to avoid cancellations! In case of a cancellation you'll get your course fee reimbursed.
10. VD will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: a) as needed to confirm compliance with the terms of your registration agreement or to enforce our rights under a registration agreement; b) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process; c) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.
11. In connection with a merger, consolidation or sale of substantially all assets of VD. Vasundharadoraswamy.com will not sell your personal information to anyone, except that vasundharadoraswamy.com may sell all rights to some or all of our products and the sale of your personal information will be part of that sale.
12. Vasundharadoraswamy.com is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information.
13. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment. Credit card information is accepted only through a portion of our website that encrypts the credit card information before transmission for your added protection.
14. Vasundharadoraswamy.com also gathers and uses data that includes some of your personal information, but in a way that removes all of the parts of the personal information that could be used to identify you. That information is used for analysing the effectiveness of various marketing strategies and also for analysing the performance and use of our products. We may share this collected information for marketing or product improvements.
15. Vasundharadoraswamy.com does not store or capture any of the credit card information in the online transaction, which happens at the merchant banking portal.
16. Vasundharadoraswamy.com offer only one drop in class as a trial class per term, any additional classes should be purchased as part of the full term.
17. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
